Growing up in Seattle as the son of a Hungarian immigrant was instrumental in my growing into the man I’ve become. Having a father who came to our country with nothing (the legal way) and then working hard and becoming a property owner helped me learn many lessons. Paramount of those was the value of home ownership.
After graduating from Western Washington University I returned to Seattle to work with at-risk youth in a number of roles. I also worked with the Seattle Public Schools (5 years) and coached high school soccer for 13 years before moving my family to Anacortes in 2005. Married to my wife Amy since 1994, we’ve loved raising our 4 children in this beautiful community. When not spending time helping launch our kids, we enjoy hiking, traveling, skiing, and volunteering with a number of outstanding organizations.
I know Real Estate in Skagit County and the surrounding areas. I value getting to know you, understanding your situation, and developing effective strategies for meeting your needs. I receive great satisfaction in finding ways to consistently bring you and your life-events, together to a successful conclusion. Residential Real Estate is my specialty. Whether you are buying or selling I make it my top priority to understand your needs and to create a plan that will help meet those needs.
Real Estate is constantly changing. I believe in staying on top of the issues that matter to you. I am a past President of the North Puget Sound Association of Realtors and have for several years served on the board in various positions. I’ve chaired several committees and am currently Vice-Chair of Government affairs which stays on top of state legislative issues that affect your rights as a homeowner or tenant.
Whether you are a buyer or a seller, my knowledge of the area, other local brokers, and the current market and trends will work to your advantage when it comes to strategizing on your behalf.
The internet, e-mail, and state of the art technology help me get the job done for you. However, if face-to-face is what you want, I can always find the time to meet over a cup of coffee.
Warm Regards,
Paul
